Thanks Gary,
I thought, explanations and clarifications on this matter in the CC would be
helpful to CC readers.
So, I raised the following RI#235.
Problem:
In FCS_COP, the assignment of "criptographic algorithm" shows to specify a
single algorithm,
not "list of cryptographic algorithm".
However, in many STs, we observe that multiple algorithms are assigned there
(EX. RSA, SHA-1, MD5).
This will better explain the FCS_COP requirements in the manner that will be
useful to their readers
than using the iteration of FCS_COP.
However, to complete operation using list instead of iteration of the
component goes
beyond the FCS_COP(i.e., is not the issue only for FCS_COP ).
CC should tell users better examples of how iteration can be expressed
or to better explain what is intended in the completion of operation
using list instead of using the iteration.
Regards,
Yokota
