Beth,
I'm very sorry.
You are confused and I'm confused
too.
The "210" I put is not the number of the
request for interpretations.
It is the Japanese document number, say:
Supplement-210.
We could refer the Final Interpretations ( as
of 15 Feburary 2002 ) in the CC home page:
Documentation->Other documents->Working
Guide->Final Interpretations.
The Japanese supplement-210 is based on this
disclosed document.
The supplement-210 is disclosed in public
in Japan
as we can apply it as a supplement of CC
and CEM under the Japanese
scheme.
Regards,
Yokota

Yokota:
Please advise where
you found CCIMB Interpretation 210. On the Commoncriteria.org website,
210 is still a Request for Interpretation and it’s concerned with “security
and ‘confidentiality’” and ADO.

But, I am
looking at the ST and see the following further,
which both CC
and CCIMB Interpretations-0210 do not define and
request.
"CCIMB
Interpretations-0210 conformant"
Could we still
accept such claim as valid 'CC conformance claim'?

That should be
acceptable.

ISO/IEC 15408 Part 2 (CC V2.1
Part2) conformant
As we could see, additional words are there, but
they are not wrong.

Yokota
