Re: FDP_DAU Versus FCO_NRO



The Common Criteria were, necessarily, written for general use.  For special 
and/or limited applications it is quite possible to 'pick and choose' 
requirements that fit specific cases.  However, the Common Criteria were put 
together in a coordinated fashion.  The NIB would suggest that any party using 
one requirement out of a family should take a careful look at the other 
requirements in that family.  The NIB would also expect evaluators to look for 
arguments as to why certain requirements from a family were not included in a 
PP or ST.
