CCEVS is its own entity. Each of the schemes that comprise the CC
Project are operating entities in their own right, caring out their
individual missions. The very fact that we can use this email list
to discuss issues is an example of CCEVS operations.
So do not let any current CC Project shortfalls imply any shortfall in
the operation of CCEVS or any of the other schemes.
