I am in no position to speak regarding what customers are important to CCEVS,
and I was certainly not doing so in my posts.

In the other work I do at my employer, I support the acquisition of large
complex space systems that integrate validated products. So, from the point of
view of being someone in the DoD, I consume the results of validations. It is
from that point I spoke: someone who has to use validated products and
integrate them into systems that have to meet 8500.2.

Please stop reading more into what I wrote than I intended.

I'll also note that Gary is not working for NIST at the present time. I think
if you want to know CCEVS's position on this, you'll need to wait for them to
speak, and not try to infer.
