New version available for download

I have updated the Dataplot web pages for the most recent version of 
Dataplot.
Updated executables/install files are available for Windows 2000/XP/VISTA,
Red Hat/Cent OS Linux (both 32-bit and 64-bit executables), and Cygwin.
I will be updating the Mac installation files next week.  An updated version
of the source code is also available for those who need to build Dataplot
from the source code.
