clients: Platinum, Silver and Standard. However, in order to
take full advantage of our services, we recommend that you take part
in the Platinum and/or Silver package services described below: 1. THE PLATINUM CATEGORY SERVICES
PROVIDED BY NICHOMES 1.1. Duration and
Cost of Agreement and Services – 6 months - BD ,1,500 or USD. 2’650
monthly. 1.2. Rotating
featured property – your projects/portfolio(s) are entitled to advertise one unique property
feature under property of the month section. The highlighted featured property
photo can be changed at the end of each month. The AD shall include 1 photo +
brief description and specifications of the property + links to your
company's web site and/or sales department. 1.3. E-Flyers
to Selected Market segment – We will promote your projects/portfolio(s) and developments
through e-flyer broadcast to a segmented database of qualified prospects.
The electronic mail and flyers are designed by the Developer aimed at
capturing the essence of your unique marketing proposition. Our strategy
will be to reach the target market of the developer through
the our web site exposure and direct e-mail. 1.4. Unlimited
Properties listing under project’s search by Country – The Second
Party is entitled to promote and advertise an unlimited number of carefully
selected landmark projects in the advanced property search by country. Each
project limited to 1 high resolution photo. The AD shall include 1 photo +
brief description and specifications of the property + links to Second Party’s
web site and/or sales department. 1.5. Statistical
Reports – Platinum members will be provided with statistical reports
of web/email and sales letters activities on a monthly basis. Reports will be
presented summarizing the electronic activity surrounding the offerings.
Please refer to the attached file for a copy of the November, 2006
online activity and statistical report submitted to one of our clients. 1.6. Property
Specifications – Platinum members are to provide NIC Homes one High
resolution photo and project specifications as specified by the First Party. 1.7. Links to
Own Web Site – The display and links of your projects on our user
friendly site will enable your sales team to access the inquiries and liaise
with the end users directly. The Second Party will handle the client directly
while having the opportunity to build your
own database. 1.8. In House
Seminar on Monthly Basis – The Second Party is entitled to run
monthly seminars to those whom the First Party has invited at NIC’s office
premises or own premises of the Second Party. Catering costs to be borne by the
Second Party. Seminar to be run by an official representative of the Second
Party. NIC Homes will provide all the logistical and staff support. 1.9. Seminar Related to clause 1.8 in schedule
1 is target for not less than 25 prospective buyers at any one time. 2. THE SILVER CATEGORY SERVICES PROVIDED BY NICHOMES 2.1. Duration and
Cost of Agreement and Services – 3 months - BD 1,000 or USD 2’650
monthly 2.2. E-Flyers
to Selected Market segment – First Party will promote your projects
and developments through the creation of an attractive e-marketing campaign to
a segmented database of qualified prospects. The electronic mail and flyers are
designed by the Developer to capture the essence of your unique
marketing proposition. The First Party’s strategy will reach the target market
of the Second Party through the First Party’s web site exposure, direct e-mail
and monthly newsletters. Any input or ready made E-flyers from the Second Party
are welcome. 2.3. Five
Properties listing under project’s search by Country – The Second
Party is entitled to promote and advertise up to 5 (five) carefully selected
landmark projects in the advanced property search by country. Each project
limited to 1 high resolution photo. The AD shall include 1 photo + brief
description and specifications of the property + links to the Second Party’s
web site and/or sales department. 2.4. Statistical
Reports – Silver members will be provided with statistical reports
of web/email and sales letters activities on a monthly basis. Reports will be
presented summarizing the electronic activity surrounding the offerings. 2.5. Property
Specifications – Silver members are to provide NIC Homes one High
resolution photo and project specifications as specified by the First Party. 2.6. Links to
Own Web Site – The display and links of your projects on our user
friendly site will enable your sales team to access the inquiries and liaise
