Dataplot updates

Dataplot Users,

I have updated the following executables on the Dataplot
download site:

   1. Windows 2000/XP
   2. Windows Vista
   3. 64-bit Linux
   4. Linux (Fedora)
   5. Cygwin

I will also be updating the Sun Solaris and Mac OSX 
executables in the next few weeks.

This is a minor release.  I was adding the Windows Vista
installation and I wanted the other supported versions
to be consistent with the VISTA release.

The primary substantive addition is support for a number
of statistics, tests, and graphics for categorical data
(there will be more additions in subsequent releases).
