A reminder to those users sending me buggy input files.
Please make these files
simple. I do not have the time to examine all these files
when they are complicated.
Follow these rules:

1. Include all DATABASE entries in the input file. I do not
use a Windows based PC,
   so I always have to change the DATABASE entry. Plus, my
DATABASE may be different
   than yours.

2. Throw away all unnecessary lines in the input file. I do
not want to see thousands
   of obstructions. I just want to see the relevant ones.
Many questions have to
   do with opening doors and windows. These types of bugs
should be demonstrated
   with a simple case, much like the ``silly'' sample case.

3. Don't tell me simply that something did not work. That is
meaningless. I need
   more information. If you get an error message, tell me
what it is. Copy the
   last few lines from the diagnostic output. Give me
something to work with.

Above all, you want to minimize the time it takes for me to
figure out what's wrong.
Then I can reply quickly, and fix the problem (hopefully).
