FDS Update

We have updated FDS/Smokeview to version 3.1
It is on the web site fire.nist.gov/fds. I suggest everyone
download the latest
version of FDS/SV. There are no major changes, just bug
fixes, so this is the
``official'' release version. It's best that we're all on
the same version. Also,
there is a new Smokeview manual that was not included in the
3.0 distribution.
The new Smokeview manual has some interesting info on
features that may not have
been highlighted before.

BTW, for those who have installed FDS/SV already, there is
no need to restart your
machine after installing. Your computer already knows about
FDS/SV and where it is
kept.
