FDS and Smokeview 4.0

Sorry for all the delays in releasing version 4 of FDS and Smokeview. It's been a very hectic summer. The FDS and Smokeview executables at the FTP site ( ftp://ftp.nist.gov/pub/bfrl/mcgratta ) are now stamped version 4.00. We will create a new self-extracting installation when the manuals are through review. I'll provide more info next week, but for those already using FDS who would like to start using an official version, it can be found at the FTP site. The FDS web page will point you to it. When you run the new version, check the output diagnostics to make sure that you are indeed running version 4.00
