FDS Update

I posted a new version of FDS (v 4.04) that fixes a few
minor bugs that have recently been reported. For those of
you who reported the bugs, could you check to see if the new
version fixes them and let me know.

Also, Glenn has posted a new Smokeview under the "Test
Version" heading. Check to see that the date is Dec 22.
