FDS/Smokeview 4.0.6 released

fyi: FDS and Smokeview versions 4.0.6 are now available for download 
from http://fire.nist.gov/fds .  There is also a new setup file (for 
Windows) containing all new programs and documentation.  Besides bug 
fixes, Smokeview has a new option to compress 3D smoke and boundary 
files.  Compression is typically 2 to 1 for 3D smoke files and 20 to 1 
for boundary files.  The option may be invoked via the Load/Unload menu 
or from the command line using the stand-alone smokezip program.  (Note, 
Kevin will be out of the office until September 30th)
