FDS Update

Following up on the email I sent out last week.  We have already started to 
receive postings at the FDS/Smokeview SourceForge site.  These are reported 
bugs for FDS 4.  We'd prefer that those of you who have identified bugs in 
FDS 4 wait until the FDS 5 beta testing period, re-work the input file (or 
create a simpler version), and then report the results.  If the bug 
persists, we'll attempt to fix it, but only in FDS 5.  When we release FDS 
5, FDS 4 is effectively dead.  We might leave up the FDS 4 source and the 
last executables, but that's about it.  We're no longer posting updates of 
FDS 4, and haven't for a good number of months.  With FDS 5, we hope to 
automate the process of updating, so we can get faster turn-around for minor 
bug fixes and improvements.
