FDS and Smokeview Update

Well, you took us seriously when we asked for you all to retest some of the buggy features of RC6.  So much so that RC7 came and 
went.  We just posted FDS/SV RC8.  Those of you who have identified lingering problems with RESTARTs, please try again.  Thanks so 
much for your patience on this.  RESTART is a fragile feature because so much information has to be stored and then retrieved 
perfectly for it to work.  Remember that when testing RESTART, you should not try to use older restart files.  It must be tested 
with the same version that was used to start the original case.

For the remainder of this month, we hope to systematically fix the Open issues on the Issues Tracker.  For those identifying bugs, 
please add to existing Issue Trackers, or start new ones.  The Discussion Group is NOT as useful for fixing bugs.  We much prefer 
that obvious and clearly identified bugs be submitted via the Issue Tracker.  More general questions and discussion is appropriate 
for the Discussion Group.  And remember when reporting a bug to post an input file and give some general info about the machine and 
so on.  For RESTART bugs, tell us when you stopped the calculation.
