We posted FDS version 5.1.3 at the Download site

It is just a maintenance release, but those of you who have been having instabilities or seeing spurious results near mesh 
boundaries of multi-mesh calculations (either serial or parallel) should try this new release. We have made substantial progress on 
better matching quantities at mesh boundaries, in particular the pressure. We'd like to get feedback on whether the new version 
clears up some of these problems. We'll start a Discussion thread to gather information.
