Clarification about FDS/Smokeview Feedback

All

I received a few inquiries yesterday about my email asking for letters of feedback about FDS and Smokeview. To clarify, I would
like actual letters. Yes, snail mail. Stamps and envelopes, and that little red flag on the mail box. As a government employee, I
am sympathetic to all those letter carriers who only deliver junk mail. Let's give them something to do. Please don't send letters
to me electronically, and please don't fax the letters. Yes, I know this may be a bother for you, but it is important that your
letters go directly to those who make the decisions that will impact all of us. Forwarding emails simply does not have the same
effect. Also, do not respond to these mass emails. This is a one-way means of communication, and your replies are cut-off by a
spam filter. The email list has over a thousand entries, and I am the recipient of so much spam because of all the viruses that
unfortunately infect our mail servers. Please use the Discussion Group for two-way communication.

Thank you again for taking time out to do this,

Kevin
