Installation of JAMA

Hi,

  I just got around to playing with JAMA.  It seems like an excellent 
package from the documentation, but you provide no information on 
installation.  In particular, I am unable to get the java interpreter to 
find the class files so that I may run the example.

  The following would be tremendously useful in the documentation:
* suggested installation directory
* changes to CLASSPATH variable
* step-by-step instructions on how to run the example
