Dear Jama authors!

I am not a expert in computational software, but from time to time I 
need some algorithms.
Recently I was looking for SVD and found out Jama.
Thank you very much for wonderful library.

Now comments:

   1. Please include vectors into package. Now vectors may be easily 
implemented as matrixes Nx1 or 1xN, but better to have all the vector 
operations directly. It would not dramatically increase the package - so 
it worth the effort.

   2. Please make toString() for Matrix as you do print. Please make a 
default toString(). It is very important and convenient ot have it.
