It sounds discouraging, but the bottom line is : JAMA is developed for advanced
matrix operations. It assumes its users are not newbie in java.

However, if you really have no idea about setup JAMA, I suggest a jave IDE for
you guys: ECLIPSE. It's available for most platforms, Linux, Windows, Solaris,
etc. The package setup in ECLIPSE can be done by click buttons. So, it's easier,
and more productive. So you can focus on development, instead of tedious path
setup stuff.
