I would gladly support an X.509 Defect Report changing the name of
bit 1 from "nonRepudiation" to "signedTransaction" or "dataSigning" or
"provableDataOriginAuthentication", if such a step had the backing of
those who don't want to use bit 1 simply because of its name.
