Folks,
Over the past year Tim Polk has been laboring mightily with Russ Housley to produce a book on PKI, and this morning he gave me a copy, hot off the presses. The book has a chapter on the Bridge CA, and is a good practical treatment of the real world technical issues involved in setting up a PKI.
The book is entitled Planning for PKI, it's published by John Wiley & Sons, and it should be coming to a bookstore near you soon.
Regards,
Bill Burr
