All,

It was pointed out to me this morning that there is an error in the path 
discovery test suite data.  In all of the certificates and CRLs, 
wherever the AlgorithmIdentifier type appears, the parameters field is 
absent rather than containing the value NULL.  This was as a result of a 
bug in the program that was used to generate the certificates and CRLs.  
I will correct this error as soon as possible and then re-post the test 
data.
