Corrected path discovery test suite data posted

All,

We have now fixed the path discovery test suite data so that that 
AlgorithmIdentifier fields in the certificates and CRLs are correctly 
populated.  We also discovered that attributes in DN that are of type 
DirectoryString were being encoded in UTF8String and changed the 
encodings to PrintableString.

The corrected test data has been generated and posted to the servers.  
Please let me know if you discover any other problems.
