Incorrectly encoded cert in Path Discovery Suite 4.1.2.17

I believe that the CRLDP URIName of the "Basic LDAP URI Trust Anchor 
SubSubCA6" cert is encoded incorrectly. The URI is (broken into 2 lines 
with a `\`):

ldap://betty.nist.gov/cn=Basic%20LDAP%20URI%20Trust%20Anchor%20 \
SubCA6 ARL,o=Test%20Certificates,c=US?authorityRevocationList;binary

The space character between SubCA6 and ARL should be escaped (%20).
