Hi,

Shot boundary submissions should be emailed as part of the body of the email
to Ramazan.Taban@nist.gov. Please run the checker software we provided (see
track web page under Evaluation) before you submit your system output - since 
we will run it and have to return submissions that are not in the correct format.
