errors in topic files

Hi Paul and others,

I found some errors in topics files.

First of there are some inconsisitencies:
sometimes the extension mpg is included in the videoexample src field,
sometimes it isn't
sometimes the names are capitalised sometimes they aren't.

Apart from that, there exist also some real naming errors:

TOPIC 49
<videoExample src="sense111.mpg" start="00h13m58s" stop="00h14m13s" />
<videoExample src="sense111.mpg" start="00h35m31s" stop="00h35m34s" />

should be
<videoExample src="senses111.mpg" start="00h13m58s" stop="00h14m13s" />
<videoExample src="senses111.mpg" start="00h35m31s" stop="00h35m34s" />


TOPIC 59
<videoExample src="anni10.mpg" start="08m14s" stop="08m52s"/>

should be
<videoExample src="anni010.mpg" start="08m14s" stop="08m52s"/>

TOPIC
63 to 65
all examples miss a 1:

ydh.mpg should be ydh1.mpg
dbe.mpg should be dbe1.mpg
ure.mpg should be ure1.mpg
ahf.mpg shoud be ahf1.mpg
