Hi Alex,

I modified now the parsing of times with more basics, clear and tested functions in the
source code
cause there was some uncontroled side effects with the previous source code.
And I tested this program with all combination of "__h__m__s__ms" like times (I mean
with this ordering on each token (h,m,s,ms))
and I think that now the Checker is ready to check times for general search results even
if we have reach the submission time (17 August)
but anyway I send you in attachment the last version of this checker with the source
code.
