TRECVID common shot boundary reference available

Hi,

The (master) common shot boundary reference for use in the search
and feature extraction tasks is now available from the web page in 
section 4.1. There is a directory with a file per video. There is
also a gzipped tar file of the entire directory.

Thanks to all those who helped create this in record time, e.g., 
John Smith at IBM for the format, Georges Quenot at CLIPS-IMAG for 
the boundaries, and Jiamin Ye at DCU for reformating and finishing 
up all the details.
