Hi Christian,

I think the size refers to the entire text area.
The feature definitions seem to be based on experiences with last year's
collection. I share your observation that this year's collection is
different (no captions), although there still is a number of shots
satisfying the criteria. However, the feature ground truth we currently use
in our efforts is "any readable text". I guess for the TREC we need some
definition in between "readable" and the current size specifications.
