Re: text overlay feature - minimum height



Christian,

In the case of a couple other features (e.g. face) we removed
specific required measurements in favor or jsut requiring they
be perceivable to a human. I think the text feature as currently
defined is a leftover and should be changed. Thanks for pointing
this out.

Instead of the current:

Text Overlay: Segment contains superimposed text which is at least 
1/10th the height of the video and 1/3 its width. 

It should just say:

Text Overlay: Segment contains superimposed text large enough to be 
read.

If there are no major objections, I will make this change at the
end of the day here. The weaker definition will include any features
extracted under the old version.
