Hi John, Arjen, others,

The topics are out and I assume people are working. I think it's probably 
unwise and perhaps unfair to open up the task definition at this point.
 
Groups will report on their experiments as fully as possible. We can
discuss any departures from the letter or spirit of the guidelines at 
TREC, if they occur.

John's note serves as a reminder to make sure the use of various resources 
is not just a means to better scores, but also makes sense in the context
of the track model and goals.
