Feature extraction task submissions

Hi,

We've received received 17 runs from 11 groups: CLIPS, DCU, IBM, Fudan, MSRA, 
Oulu, UBremen, UMD, CMU, MediaMill, and Eurocom. All are of type B except 2 
(priority 2 and 3). After a couple minor xml fizes all the submissions conform 
to the DTDs. 

If all runs are counted, the coverage by feature is as follows:

1 - 12
2 -  8
3 - 10
4 -  9
5 - 11
6 -  7
7 - 10
8 - 12
9 - 11
10 - 8
