Track notebook papers available to submitters

Hi,

The video track notebook papers and the track overview are
available now in the results directory to those who submitted
runs. (Use the password you used to get at the results.)

There was an enormous amount of work done and a headstart on 
reading the papers will, we hope, make for better discussions 
at TREC.

Reminder: there will be a short track discussion on Tuesday,
Nov. 19 at 3:00 for those who happen to be around early. Please 
meet outside lecture/classroom A near the main entrance to the 
tall Administration Building (Bldg. 101). We'll create an
agenda on the fly and report the outcome to the track workshop
later in the week.
