[TRECVID] Annotation forum: deadline approaching for the first round

Dear colleague,

   Just a kind reminder that the deadline of the first round of annotation
is approaching (June 3).  In case that you have not finished it, please try
to finish annotating the assigned videos in your earliest convenience.
Thanks very much.

   Some tips:

    (1)  If you have checked-in and completed annotating a video, do not
check out again (by selecting the video again and click on 'send').

    (2)  A group cannot download the forum annotation result before it
finished all its assignments. Therefore, if you are a group administrator
who assigned extra unnecessary tasks, please delete those. For instance, if
you have 2 videos but assign 4 tasks to your group members, then all these
4 assignments have to be finished before you can download other people's
work.
