C-span ASR and alignment table

Dear All,

finally we can announce some good progress towards making the data 
collection complete.

LDC gave us an update of their manual alignment activity. The timecoded 
ASR and CC files are
manually aligned to the corresponding video files. Wednesday they had 
done 149 files and still had to do 120 files. They expect the alignment 
table to be ready by coming Tuesday.

Another good news is that ASR for C-span has been carried out by a 
generous  effort
of Jean-Luc Gauvain's group  at LIMSI. The ASR needs to be reformatted, 
but will probably also
be available in the first half of next week.
