Through Jennifer Garner i have found out that this US NB contribution was devised by an "INCITS Ad Hoc on Accessibility", chaired by Karen Higginbottom. Robert Gaskill, Connie Myers and Arnold Winkler were some of the participants. I would like to discuss briefly at the next V2 plenary whether V2 wants to become involved in a JTC1 Special Working Group for Accessibility, if such a caucus should be created at the JTC1 plenary in Berlin.
